Culinary Arts Training Program

Pier 77 is a proud sponsor of Culinary Arts students. Every year we sponsor several Students and Skilled Culinary professionals from all over the World. Our Training Programs are from 3 months to 1 year Programs and include below Studies for which Students receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of their Training. All interested applicants can send their resumes to:

Chef De Partie Training, 3 months to 1 year.
Requirements: Must have a Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts.

Sous Chef Training, 1 year.
Requirements: Must Have 5 years experience as a Chef de Partie + Associates degree in Culinary Arts as a minimum.

Executive Chef Training, 1 Year.
Requirements: Must have 5 years experience as Chef de Partie + 1 year as Sous Chef + Associates degree in Culinary Arts as a minimum.
